Pros & Cons of Vengeance by A. E. Wasp
11/04/2024
REVENGE IS A DISH BEST SERVED PUBLICLY
A disgraced army ranger seeking redemption. An innocent college student caught in the crosshairs. Can their love survive a mission to expose a powerful senator with a secret he’ll kill to keep?
★★★★
There’s nothing like being blackmailed by a dead man to really bring a group of cons together. The deal is simple, we do the jobs and Charlie’s lawyer wipes the slate clean for each of us, one at a time. Since job number one calls for some muscle, I’m up first.
I’m Steele Alvarez, ex-Special Forces Close Protection Specialist (aka, a bodyguard for some not so nice guys). My job is to take down a powerful senator who talks a big ‘down with the gays’ game in public but, behind closed doors, gets off on beating up the young male prostitutes his handlers procure for him.
Yeah. I’m in. No questions. A bullet ought to do the trick.
Then I meet Breck Pfeiffer, a gorgeous college kid who made a few really bad decisions and now finds himself in the senator’s crosshairs. One look at him and I’m gone. That kid laid me out harder than any punch ever did. I’ll do anything for him.
But Breck says death is too good for the slimebag. He wants vengeance.
I can do that, but I’m going to need all the help I can get. Luckily, I don’t have to do it alone.
FIVE JOBS. FIVE CHANCES FOR REDEMPTION.
One thing’s for sure: they're no angels.
Book Length: 150-320 Pages
Gay pulp fiction or homosexual pulps refers to published works, chiefly fiction, that comprise references to male homosexuality, especially male homosexual sex, and finely produced, commonly in paperback publications made from wood pulp paper; lesbian pulp fiction is comparable work about girls. LGBT topics in Hindu Epics involve Hindu divinities or characters whose characteristics or behavior can be translated as lesbian, homosexual, bisexual, transgender, or gender change and non-heterosexual sexuality. We all deserve to see that our lived experiences are reflected from the pages of a great publication. And like the rest of the literary canon, LGBTQ novels arrive in all genres.
